Local Outreach at Pennington Park exists to help you multiply as you seek to better know Jesus and make him known. We desire to come alongside our people as they do the work of evangelism by meeting the physical and spiritual needs of their friends, family, neighbors, and community. Here are some ways you can help out:
Our desire at Pennington Park is to walk alongside foster care families and provide support and respite during this season of caring for others within their home. Care Groups are made up of 6-8 individuals of our church that walk alongside a foster family and provide meals, light yard work, and childcare. If you are interested in being a part of one of these groups, contact Nick Grossman.
Celebrate the fall season with an outdoor Fall Festival at Pennington Park Church on October 30! This free, family-friendly event will feature a trunk-or-treat, fall games and activities, food trucks, prizes, and much more. More information will be available soon about volunteer opportunities for this event.
Our neighbors are only a few steps away and you can be a witness to them through conversations or extending a helping hand. Remember to check in on those living near you, and find ways you can demonstrate the love and care of Christ. Write an encouraging note, exchange phone numbers, offer to make a grocery run, and invite them to attend one of our services on Sundays.
