Our Children’s Ministry exists to know Jesus and make Him known in the youngest generation.
Programming: Programing is offered for nursery through sixth grade at 9 a.m. and nursery through second grade at 10:45 a.m. All classes will be meeting outside, with the exception of nursery and preschool, who will be inside. Masks are not required outside for Children’s Ministry, but optional to any family who would like for their children to wear a mask. Masks are required indoors for children third grade and up (9 years old).
Check-In: Once a family checks in at the north entrance of the building, they will walk to the south side of the Lobby and collect their stickers for dropping off and picking up their children. Once a family has dropped off their child(ren), please enter the Sanctuary for worship to minimize traffic in the Lobby area.
Registration: All children attending must be registered in order to attend Children’s Ministry.
During our normal operations, we provide programming for nursery through 6th grade during our 9 a.m. service and nursery through 2nd grade during our 10:45 a.m. service every weekend.
Beginning Sunday, Sept. 13, our Children’s Ministry will be reopening for preschool through 6th grade during our 9 a.m. service and preschool through 2nd grade during our 10:45 a.m. service. Our curriculum and programming for Children’s Ministry during both hours is to complement each other. The 9 a.m. hour is designed for intentional discipleship and understanding of God’s Word through lessons, singing, and teaching. The 10:45 a.m. service is designed for children, nursery through 2nd grade, to build on the daily Bible lesson, learn foundational truths, and practice life of mission. We intentionally seek to equip our 3rd – 6th graders in their spiritual growth and their participation in the church body as they attend the main service with their families.
First-time guests can check in at our Next Steps table in the center of the Lobby or pre-register and fill out our Visitor Form. Children are always welcomed in our Sunday morning services.
