Role Description: Small Group Leaders play a crucial role in the shepherding strategy of Pennington Park Church by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for Small Group gatherings, facilitating discussion and prayer time, and assisting in the overall discipleship of group members.
Time Commitment: Requires a weekly commitment of 1-3 hours, on average. Has monthly touchpoints and quarterly meetings with their Elder of oversight.
